Rules & Guidlines:
♥ Absolutely no profiting from my work. You paid for my service, not the rights to my art.
♥ Please do not disrespect me in way, shape or form, your order will be cancelled and depending on how far I have gotten through the agreed commission will determine the amount of a refund.
♥ My art is for your use only, I will only allow it to be used in non-commercial format.
♥ If at any point the art is deleted form my gallery, and you did not save, I will not redo your commission.
♥ Most full digital drawings will have a watermark, and smaller drawings will have a signature THAT YOU MAY NOT REMOVE.
♥ You are allowed to re-post/re-upload with proper credit.
♥ You are entitled ask for a sketch if ordered digitral art, and are allowed to modify anything about it to your satisfaction. I will redo the sketch entirely no more than 2 times. Modification to sketches are fine and do not count as "redos" of the entire sketch,
♥ You are entitled to ask for progress of your agreed commission 3 times a month. Anymore will be considered harassment and I will refund depending on how much of the agreed work has been completed.

Process:
Before noting me about an inquiry, please take the time to include the best way to contact you, your name, and pronouns to call you before anything gets started!
♥ Assuming you have read this TOS thoroughly, you would have to note me for a free, no obligation quote.
♥ Quotes are based off of my commission prices listed
here. There is also forms you may fill out in order to help both parties.
♥ Your note should include as much information and references as possible to give me a better understanding of what you want, unless artistic freedom is given.
♥ Once noted, and accepted by myself, I will either send an invoice if you are paying over 50 USD -or- ask that you send the payment as goods and services directly to my paypal email (paypal.me/kiska)
♥ Once payment is sent and squared away properly, the commission process begins, and the date that you have sent the payment is the date in which you are allowed to ask for 3 progress reports a month.
♥ I will send any progress to your preferred method of communication as time allows.
♥ If art will take me less than 2 hours to complete, commission may be done without a sketch, and uploaded, however if this makes you uncomfortable in anyway please let me know so that I can send progress before any uploads occur.
♥ Please give me at least a month to complete the sketch.
♥ Please allow at least 3 months for commission under 50USD to be complete
♥ Please allow 6 months for any commission over 50USD to be complete
♥ If I get something wrong, let me know immediately so I can fix it right away.
♥ Once artwork is complete, I will send a full resolution version to your preferred method of communication, as well as uploaded into my galleries.

Refunds:
♥ Depending on hours worked on the commission will be the percentage of refund you will be given.
(Example: If I have 90% of your commission done, I will give a 10% refund back, if I have 10% done, I will give 90% back)
♥ Refunds ARE NOT GIVEN after I have completed your commission.
♥ I will attempt to try to correct mistakes on your commission if they occur, but I will not redo it completely unless there is a particular reasoning.
